A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the licence key has not been activated on any computer. Activation is recorded when the licence is first used on a device.

Whispr-Go purchases can be refunded under the conditions below. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Automatic refunds
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full at any time. If a purchased licence fails to activate due to a technical problem with our licensing service, a full refund is issued on request.
After a refund
A refunded or charged-back licence is revoked. The application stops validating it, and the licensed email may not reuse the same discount offers. Revoked licences cannot be restored.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the licensed email address and the public order reference from your payment receipt. Never include a full licence key or Groq API key in a refund request.
Processing
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method: USD purchases through Stripe and GHS purchases through Paystack. Refunds normally appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
